Located in the south-eastern coast of Corfu next to Messonghi, Boukari is a place filled with serenity. A small port with fishing boats and taverns by the sea front will fascinate you upon your visit here. There is also a small beach for those who wish to take a dive.


Dating back to 1300, Clomos is a historic village situated at the southeastern spot of the island. You will find the village on a hill next to Boukari. With Venetian influences, the village has been structured amphitheatrically around the central square. There are stunning views to the natural beauties of Corfu from Chlomos, all the way to Lake Korission. If you are looking for a picturesque traditional village the Corfiot style, Chlomos is an excellent choice.


At the north-eastern part of Corfu, Kassiopi boasts its privileged location near the town of the island and the airport. Palea Perithia

Dating back to 1400, Palea Perithia is set almost 500 meters high above the sea level on the foot of Pantokrator Mountain. It is rich in Venetian influences too, located within lush greenery and boasting the superb charms of a historic settlement. In several restored buildings within the village, you will have the opportunity to enjoy traditional recipes and purchase high quality organic honey. It is worth noting that there are eight churches surrounding the settlement.


Paleokastritsa means Old Castle and it is a village located in the northwestern part of Corfu. The castle is indeed Angelokastro and it is one of the most popular destinations on the island. The bay of this settlement has been the exact location where Odysseus met Nausicaa according to the myth and the world renowned epic poem. Paleokastritsa boasts an embroidered coastline with welcoming beaches. Some beaches offer you the chance to indulge in water activities such as scuba diving, pedaloes, boating in the blue caves, glass bottom boat trips, excursions to the most secluded beaches or the sea aquarium. Last but not least, there is a monastery that goes back to 1225 with an intriguing museum to visit.


Perched along a hill, Pelekas is a picturesque settlement where you may enjoy stunning sunsets. There, you can find Kaiser’s Throne, since Kaiser Wilhelm II used to visit this place during his stay at Achilleion Palace.
