What you can expect:
Meet your food-loving guide at the entrance of the Old Fortress in Corfu Town and follow them on an exciting journey through Corfu’s gastronomy! Your first stop is a small, local bakery. Taste the most delicious, traditional pies like Cheese Pie and Bougatsa (Greek custard pie with phyllo) accompanied with a refreshing Gingerbeer, Corfu’s signature drink and a legacy of the British that occupied the island in the 19th century. Next, take a stroll in Corfu’s charming alleyways and listen to your experienced guide engaging narrative about the Town’s most important landmarks including the Old Fortress, the Palace of Saint Michael and Saint George, the Saint Spyridon church and the famous Liston where access was once restricted to the nobility. Then pop into a local distillery to sample the famous Kumquat liqueur along with other local sweets including Mantolato, Fig Pie and a variety of spoon sweets before you duck into a small, authentic deli to taste a lovely mix of Greek cheeses and cold cuts such as the famous ‘’Noumboulo Fumicado’’! Continue your walk and feel the real, authentic vibes of the city as you reach the vibrant food market where locals go for their everyday shopping of fish, fruit, honey, and other delicacies. Your knowledgeable guide will give you an insight into the intricacies and
traditions of Corfiot gastronomy and reveal you how all these ingredients are used in the most favourite traditional recipes.
Your tour continues with a delicious lunch at a traditional local taverna where you will have the chance to taste the most mouthwatering local dishes including Sofrito and Pastitsada, accompanied with a glass of ouzo or wine. Finally, it' s time to get your sweet tooth ready as our last, but by no means least, stop on the tour takes us to a surprise sweet spot! Your wonderful journey begins with a drive to the charming UNESCO World Heritage Site of Corfu Town - a favourite destination for the Durrells family and also a popular filming location of the series. Stroll along the narrow streets of this captivating city where the
Durrells used to walk, soak up the fascinating, Venetian architecture and discover some of the locations where popular scenes of the series have been shot. For example, the Palace of Saint Michael & Saint George is the bank where Louisa Durrell visits to check if their money had arrived from the UK. Take time to also explore the small Durrells Gardens where you can admire the busts of Gerald and Lawrence Durrell in appreciation of the two writers. Get back on your private vehicle and enjoy a relaxing, scenic drive to the amazing, north of Corfu! Stop first outside the gate of Daffodil Yellow House, one of the Durrells' homes in real life. Then continue driving to the north while passing through the picturesque villages of the north east coast and enjoying the spectacular sea views until you reach the famous White House! This is the home where Lawrence Durrell used to live together with his beloved wife, Nancy and also where he enjoyed writing. Immerse in the life of the Durrells as you have the chance to see or even visit the house (if open by owners on the day of your visit) and the little ‘’museum’’ or just enjoy a refreshment (extra cost) in the beachfront restaurant while listening to the Ionian Sea splashing at your feet! After soaking up the infinite beauty of the island, hop back in your private vehicle and enjoy a comfortable drive back to your hotel!

What you can expect:
Following a pickup from your hotel by your private vehicle, your tour starts with a visit to the 15-century Governor’s Olive Mill, located in the village of Agios Matthaios in the heart of Corfu countryside. Get ready to immerse yourself in the world of olive oil and discover the history behind the impressive 4.5 million olive trees in Corfu! Meet Dafnis family, the producers of the award-winning oil ‘’The Governor’’, learn how olive oil is produced and find out how to recognize the extra virgin Olive Oil like a professional. Enjoy a delicious tasting session including Greek delicacies such as tomatoes, handmade crackers and feta cheese accompanied by a glass of local wine. Your tour continues with a wine tasting experience at the famous Theotoky Estate, which comprises more than 300 acres, much of it covered by pine trees, olive groves and vineyards. The Theotoky Estate is one of the oldest wineries on the island which has been in the hands of one of the most prominent families of the island - Theotoky family - for many generations! Hear about the story of the family, visit the cellar and production facilities and get the chance to taste the exceptional local wines paired with some delicious snacks.

This guided tour wil start from sea level, leads alongside the Benitses River to mount Stavros with the Chapel of “Agia Triada” and passes while descending by the 19th century Waterworks with an old pipeline system.

What you can Expect:
Our private tour starts from the hotel and once our party is gathered, information on Saint Spyridon, the Venetians, the 4.500.000 evergreen trees and our off road adventure is given.
Our first stop, which is not even known to the locals, is a hidden gem of nature – the Crab Lake. This is where the wild animals of the island stop to hydrate. We can take some photos however as it is a quick stop it is suggested not to wander around. Next, we visit the house where the famous series The Durrells on ITV was filmed and simultaneously we get to admire the lush landscape while our driver will be more than happy to assist you in taking your photographs from the best possible angles.
Continuing on our route, we visit the village of Lakones where the majestic views of Paleokastritsa with the clear blue waters will create wonderful memories to reminisce about. After that, we stop for a coffee break at the traditional café of Eutihis, where we can enjoy the famous Greek coffee with a magic liquid that only the locals know about. Immediately after that, the youngest member of our party acquires the key of the hidden treasure and we get to explore the “Special House”. The adventure continues and we visit the villages of the northwestern part, either through panoramic angle or through the huge and iconic olive oil trees that cover the 70% of the island.
After going off road and visiting the village of Agios Georgios Pagon, we arrive at the picturesque village of Afionas, also known as “Our own Mikonos”. There, we also get to visit the village’s famous double beach of Porto Timoni and wander a bit around the beautiful landscape.
After visiting Afionas, we reach Akrotiti café where we have our light lunch, accompanied by the unique taste of the Corfu Beer or local wine. Akrotiri café is located in between of two beaches and is described by our guests’ as their favorite place, due to its wild and natural beauty. Nevertheless, our stop there is quick as our main goal is to see as many stunning places of the island as possible.
Our last and final stop and the peak of our tour is Cape Drastis. Described by many as a unique place, due to its high cliffs and incomparable beauty, it concludes our tour in the best possible way. After that, we return to the center of the island, passing through Sidari and Canal D’amour.
